Pongo (one hundred and one dalmations) , tarzan , quazi modo , jack sparrow (alot of people forget he is disney) , Aslan , Milo thatch (atlantis) and thomas omalley (the aristocats) for villians captain hook, cruella deville , frolo (the hunchback of notre dam) scar , sheer khan , Gaston and dr facilier
First thing it'd be like that while all machinery has its own spark of sentiece, only in rob's world is that sentience fully prevelent. And like, the evil alinces passes through there and somehow ends up threatening Rob's wife and son. And while trying to defend them, his appliances reveal their sentience by saving him from card soldiers or something.
He'd probobly upgrade his applince friends for combat practicality and they would willfully act as both his armor and his back-up team. Plus as an added bonus; because he comes from a world where the spark of sentience is awake in all machines, his touch would probobly awaken the spark of any forein machine he touches.
and going with your little title thing you've been doing with the other character's, he'd probobly be known as "The Machine Master" or maybe just what the appliances call him "The Master", but that reminds one of Doctor Who a bit too much and not in a good way either.
Just a few suggestions to your next Characters: Sora (He is technically a Disney Character. Anything that is not Final Fantasy is owned by Disney, including Sora), Kim Possible (She was one of the better Disney Channel cartoons, and one of the only official Disney Supeheroes), Stitch (Just imagine him going completely Bat-Shit crazy with four plazma blasters), Tiana (Princess and the Frog), Simba (Lion King, maybe have him a saddle to let one of the Dinsye Heroes ride), and Tarzan.
As for villains, Oogie Boogie (Nightmare before Christmas), Captain Hook (Peter Pan), the Phantom Blot (closer to the Epic Mickey design if you please)
